What is the TruLaser Tube 7000 fiber?
Our TruLaser Tube 7000 fiber from TRUMPF uses a 6 kW solid-state laser to precisely cut bevels on tubing up to 0.5 in thick. The large, self-centering collet chuck securely clamps down on tubes up to a 10 in circle or up to a 8.625 in square or other geometry. The automatic stepped rollers support your tubes without damaging them, allowing them to glide and swivel during fabrication. Also, the advanced nozzle of the TruLaser Tube 7000 fiber allows for bevel cuts of up to 45° so you can easily make angled joints for your parts. With the RapidCut feeding system, we can significantly reduce part times, allowing us to handle high-volume orders in a timely manner. Check out our machine in action:
